All rates subject to10% San Juan County sales & Lodging Tax.

One-half the total is due upon booking, remainder is due two weeks prior to arrival.
We accept personal checks, Master Card & Visa.

Deposit refunded within two weeks of arrival, subject to $50 administrative fee.

We can often be flexible with check-in time, but not check-out time.
